1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Dubai Virtual Work Visa Consultancy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our consultancy services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are purely consultancy and advisory in nature. We provide:

• Expert guidance on Dubai Virtual Work Visa eligibility assessment
• Consultation on documentation requirements and preparation
• Advisory services on application procedures and processes
• Information sharing regarding Dubai's remote work programs
• Strategic advice for visa application optimization

IMPORTANT: We do NOT submit applications on your behalf, nor do we act as your legal representative. All applications must be submitted directly by you to the relevant UAE immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during consultations
• Following our guidance and recommendations at your own discretion
• Submitting all applications and documents directly to immigration authorities
• Ensuring all information provided to authorities is truthful and accurate
• Meeting all deadlines and requirements set by UAE immigration authorities
• Obtaining independent legal advice if required

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

We explicitly state that:

• NO GUARANTEE is provided regarding the approval of your visa application
• Immigration decisions are solely at the discretion of UAE authorities
• We cannot control or influence immigration authorities' decisions
• Eligibility criteria and immigration policies may change without notice
• Past success stories do not guarantee future results

5. Payment and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Terms

Payment for consultancy services is due in full before service delivery begins. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable.

5.2 Strict No Refund Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services
• We are not responsible for any costs incurred by rejected applications
• We are not liable for any opportunities lost due to visa refusal
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that:

• We may be required to disclose information if legally compelled
• General anonymized insights may be used for business development
• Testimonials may be requested (with your explicit consent)

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, advice, and content provided during consultations remain our intellectual property. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our consultation materials
• Use our brand name or reputation for unauthorized purposes
• Claim our advice or strategies as your own intellectual property

9. Compliance and Legal Obligations

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Immigration fraud is a serious criminal offense
• All information provided to authorities must be accurate and truthful
• We are not licensed legal practitioners and do not provide legal advice
• You should seek independent legal counsel if required

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• No refunds will be provided for services already paid
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Outstanding consultation sessions may be forfeited

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
